MUSIC- The congregation of Atlanta Street Baptist Church has been blessed with a group of very talented musicians. Our Minister of Music as well as our Associate Minister of Music/Pianist, come from a Southern Gospel background. Both men have traveled with Southern Gospel groups over the years, bringing a flavor of that old-time worship to our services. Hymns used for our time of worship are from the old Red-Back Hymnal. Our 40+ member choir enjoys serving God by singing His praises each week. We welcome individuals that are willing to give of their time, talent and energy to join us. CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES:

Children’s Sunday School- Sunday mornings start at 9:15am with our own special breakfast in the Children’s Breakfast area upstairs. Then at 9:30am our Sunday School class begins. Each Sunday we hear a Bible Story and learn how we can live these Bible truths in our lives every day.

Children’s Church- Sunday School is followed by our Sunday Morning Worship Service at 11:00am. Around 11:15am our younger children are dismissed to attend Children’s Church (for those 3yrs old through 1st Grade).

Nursery- A well-staffed and clean nursery is available for all Sunday services. Each nursery worker has been cleared with a background check. The nursery is equipped with baby beds, changing supplies and toys. Christian love is taught through caring for these precious gifts of God, our children.

ADULT CLASSES- We offer a selection of adult Bible Study classes each Sunday morning. We have a Men’s Class, a Women’s Class and a Couple’s Class. We will soon be offering an Old Testament Survey Class as well.

BUS MINISTRY- Our bus ministry provides transportation to community children, seniors and others in need. Please contact Becky Hughes in our church office for any needs you may have at (770) 993-9451.

MISSIONS- The Great Commission given to us by Christ tells us to go to all the world; to those at home as well as far away from home, spreading the good news that has been given to us. We at Atlanta Street Baptist church strive to keep this commandment by meeting the needs of those in our own community as well as supporting numerous foreign and domestic missionaries.
